What are our check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 pm (CST) and check-out time is at 10:00 am (CST). Please know that we need this time to clean and prepare the condo for our next guest. If you decide to extend your vacation, you can contact us to see if the condo is available. You will need a new code for the front door to work.

What are our reservation requirements and security deposit?

We ask for a credit card or $200 check for the security/damage deposit along with our lease agreement to confirm your reservation. The security deposit converts to a damage deposit upon check-in. If reserving with a credit card, we do an authorization only. This means that we verify that it is a valid credit card and there will not be a charge to your credit card providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents, all garbage has been placed in the outside garbage container and soiled dishes placed in dishwasher and cleaned.  If reserving our condo by check, your deposit will be returned to you in the form of a company check by mail within 14 days of your departure.

Can you hold a date for me?

Your reservation date is not held or confirmed until we receive your security deposit and a signed lease.

When is the full payment due?

The full payment is required 30 days prior to the check-in date. As soon as we have the full payment, we will email all of the check-in information to you. This includes the code to the front security gate at the parking lot, the code to the keyless entry on the condo itself and the password for the wireless internet connection. If the check-in date is within 30 days of the arrival date, the full payment and security deposit would be due immediately to make the reservation.

What is our cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or shorten your stay, notice must be given in writing and sent by certified mail 30 days prior to check-in date for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the check-in date you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 0 and 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund for all monies paid minus 1 night’s rental rate. This will be issued back to you in the form of a gift certificate to be applied toward a future stay. The gift certificate must be used within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation. Please understand that a cancellation this late will make it extremely difficult for us to rebook the condo. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Do we need to bring any linens or other items?

Our condo is supplied with bed linens, towels, wash cloths, blankets and pillows. These items are not changed during your stay. We also provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher detergent for your convenience.

We do not supply aluminum foil, coffee filters, plastic wrap, and all your food J. Please remember to bring your beach towels for the pool and beach. There are several grocery stores close by for your convenience in picking up any extra supplies.

Do you allow pets?

Per our homeowner’s association rules, we cannot allow any pets at all in our condo. You will forfeit your $200 deposit and potentially incur other cleaning fees if we determine that you brought an animal in. Any guests caught with pets on the premises will be required to remove the pet immediately or risk being evicted.
